1. Sea and Sun!

We are second line from the sea, right behind famous hotels like Le Royal Meridien and Ritz-Carlton. Just walk to the open beach, and enjoy waves any time of the day, no need for taxi and bus. Jump into waves, ride a water scooter, send your children to play water games, learn waterskiing, or collect beautiful shells alongside the waterline. Go back home, take a rest, recharge and be ready to go to the beach again! Yes, we go there in the night as well, because our beach is The Beach!

2. The Beach and JBR!

Oh yes, our beach is famous as The Beach. Full of activities, day and night! Cozy restaurants with arabic, asian and international cousine, well-known coffee chains and pizza places. Walking street at JBR never sleeps!

3. Dubai Marina.

Beautiful canal with cruising boats. White yacths will take you to open sea to enjoy views of Burj Al Arab, palm-tree shaped island Palm Jumeirah. Long walkways full of lights to walk in the night and train in the morning.

Quiet place just near to JBR

This is quiet place a step away from the crowd. We are here at the corner of JBR and Dubai Marina, with all fun of those famous places. Yet our small street is soft and comfortable, well aside from the crowd.

In House Facilities

We have unmatching set of facilities inside the building, such as good security, really large swimming pool, barbeque zone, full size children playground, gym and sauna. You can learn more in Our Building section.

Supermarkets and cafes

We have 4 supermarkets within our block, all reasonably priced for your good and healthy stay. On the top of that, we have 2 pharmacies, medical centers, beauty salons, wellness and fitness centers and even official UFC gym for martial arts. We have several cafes right in our block, some with high end menu and some are quick street food and healthy juices.

Public transport and e-scooters

Metro is walking distance, and bus stop is right in front of the building. Taxis with official meters are always available nearby. E-scooters for rent are everywhere. Reach metro and visit landmarks such as Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains, and come back to our lovely home. Take a bus straight from our building to any other beach location alongside Dubai coastline. Do you know Dubai has a water public transport too?
